Project description	L'Envol is a centre, located in Kpalimé, that has been a partner of ASTOVOT for many years. It welcomes young people aged 7 to 15 with mental disabilities or cerebral palsy. Disabled children are often marginalised and rejected by society, considered a burden or a curse for their families. L'envol therefore offers these children a school education to enable them to lead the most independent lives possible.
